  After purchasing a new travel trailer from Larry's in 2016 and paying cash on the barrel head. I'd have to honestly tell everyone that they need to truly consider going elsewhere for their service and sales needs where their RV is concerned. I'm personally never going back to the place. I only had poor service at best, and the management is masterful at wasting your time at resolving issues. When I purchased my new trailer in 2016. I fully stated as to what my needs would be. I am a disabled Veteran and I thought that I'd gotten a good deal. Yet in these last two years, I've been nothing but totally disappointed in the outcome. I gave up on expecting any quality service from the maintenance department after returning the trailer on three separate occasions in where nearly every issue was not corrected properly or even at all. Only to have disastrous results later while traveling into remote areas of the country and totally being aggravated over the outcome. I refuse to waste my time anymore by dealing with the incompetence of the entire staff. I can't believe how this place can still be in business. I'm purchasing a new trailer this month. I assure you all though, that it isn't going to be from these people.
